Starting from small projects & simple conversions until early 2020, the company soared after dwelling into more complex projects & now delivers projects ranging from Large HMOs, Land Developments, Commercial-to-Residential projects, and property sourcing, thanks to its current Owner/Directors legal background, which appeases to most sellers, as we're able to navigate complex planning laws and purchasing structures with ease and efficiency.
